Our Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Programs are designed to offer students a well-rounded education with hands-on classes and real-world experience in professional kitchens. The Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie & Baking Program includes a six-week externship and the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program offers a 12-week externship to give students a chance to refine their skills in various areas of the kitchen.
